Entity Graph

The campaign network

Every entity and asset recovered by the investigation, with every recorded relationship between them. It reads left to right, from the people and companies at the top of the structure to the pages, channels and websites that carried the advertising. Node class is shown by the swatch at the left of each box and relationship class by line style, so the drawing survives monochrome printing. Hover any box to isolate it and its connections.

Complete network · Cluster A · Cluster B · Cluster C

Drawn from data/network_data.js, the same file that drives the interactive network page, so the two cannot diverge. The hierarchy shows documented payment and control relationships, not a chain of command: a company above an advertiser account means the platform records name it there, not that it directed the campaign. The leftmost column holds intermediaries and payers of record, not the party that commissioned the operation. Labels held in Arabic script are shown by their romanised identifiers and marked [AR].

Cluster A · phases 1 and 2

The Vietnamese supply chain

The component that Meta's beneficiary field joins to LT Media and its owner, Lê Văn Tính: 34 shared sponsor pages carrying 244 ads, one hosting account behind nine websites, and the phase 2 pages that reuse the same infrastructure. Défendons la laïcité, Sauvons le Liban, Shame on Qatar, The Qatar Plot, Le vestiaire du PSG and twenty more campaigns sit here.

Same drawing as above, cut to the component reachable from LT Media over record links alone. The dashed association edge is excluded, which is what separates this cluster from the Belgian accounts; drawn with it, the two merge.

Cluster B · phase 3, Brazilian

The Brazilian accounts

Larissa F. P. Padilha in Meta's beneficiary field; Idezita Maria de Oliveira, Patrick de Oliveira Mendes, Social Media para Empresa and Agência de Tráfego Pago as declared Google Ads advertisers; Alemira on TikTok. Euro Summer Fest, Grand Theft Qatar, Qatar is Responsible, Thanks Iran and Wedontwantyoutobewithus are its campaigns.

Cut to the component reachable from the Brazilian advertiser and beneficiary records. Agência Moll appears because its personnel and contact details are shared with two of the registered advertisers, not because any payment record names it.

Cluster C · phase 3, Kaufman

The Belgian accounts

One Google Ads advertiser record for Liliane Kaufman, given as Belgium and later delisted, and a Meta beneficiary field reading “i don’t no” on 31 ads across four page identities. Qatar’s Behind This, Qatari Christmas is here, The Silent Invasion, Islamic Terms, Q2B and Stop Qatar are its campaigns.

Cut to the component reachable from the Kaufman record. Nothing in the disclosure fields joins this cluster to the other two; the shared method, targeting and months are associations, and associations are drawn dashed and left out of the cut.
